Our Internet
branch allows you access to your ICU accounts over
the internet, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Using our
Internet branch allows you to:
- View account balances
- View transaction history
- Search and sort transaction history
- Transfer funds between accounts
- Download transaction history
- Obtain tax information
- YTD interest paid and dividends earned
- Change your password
- Order Checks
Our Internet branch is free, secure, and
easy to use. To use our Internet Branch, you will need your base
account number and your password. Please contact the credit union
to obtain your password.
Security
At ICU, security is important therefore;
we have chosen a vendor for our Internet branch that will provide
the highest level of security possible to ensure your account
information remains confidential.
Some of the security measures in place are:
- Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption and digital certificate server authentication.
- Member PINS (passwords) cannot be retrieved by credit union or our Internet branch personnel.
- You may change your PIN anytime for extra protection.
- Dual authentication - to sign on.
The minimum hardware and software requirements to access our Internet branch are any PC with a browser capable of SSL encryption and cookies will work, most MACS and Web TV also work fine.
Electronic Bill Payment
Electronic Bill Payment (EBP) is a convenient and easy way to pay your monthly bills. You schedule the payments to be made and the credit union does the rest. The EBP system is accessible by logging into your Internet Branch account and clicking on the Bill Pay Link. There is no monthly fee for this service. Other fees may apply.
Electronic Statement Presentation (e-statements)
With our Internet branch, we are able to offer e-statements to our members. Whether you receive a monthly statement or quarterly statement you are now able to receive it online. To learn more about this service, please click here.
