Stress-Free Tax Prep Starts Here

Tax season doesn’t have to be stressful.  Indianhead Credit Union is proud to offer free tax preparation services for seniors and low- to moderate-income individuals in Northwest Wisconsin. Best of all, this service is available to both members and non-members.

Beginning January 19, we will start scheduling appointments for the upcoming tax season. Our goal is to help community members file accurately, confidently, and at no cost.

🕘 Appointment Hours

  • Tuesdays: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM

  • Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM

What to Bring to Your Appointment

To help ensure your appointment runs smoothly, please bring the following items:

  • Photo ID and birth dates for all individuals listed

  • Social Security cards or SSA verification letters

  • W-2s, 1099s, and other income documents

  • Last year’s tax returns, if available

  • Bank account and routing numbers

  • Daycare payment amounts and provider tax ID

  • Both spouses must attend to e-file a joint return
