As of August 16, 2021, the Superior Branch will now be open Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm and closed on Saturdays until further notice.

Due to the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in our community, the Spooner lobby will be open by appointment only through Saturday, November 7th. Our drive-up will continue to be open. Please call 715-635-8273 option 2 to make an appointment. Thank you for your patience.

Starting July 18, 2020, the Superior Branch will now be open on Saturdays from 8am – 12pm.

Starting the week of June 8th, the Spooner Branch lobby is now open. Grantsburg is now operating at their normal hours.

Starting the week of April 20th, the Superior branch will be OPEN regular business hours Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Superior lobby will be open on Saturdays only by appointments made prior to Saturday. This is a temporary change due to COVID-19. All calls will be routed to the Spooner office on Saturdays.

Starting Monday April 13, 2020, the Grantsburg lobby will be temporarily changing their hours. This change is due to the Coronavirus and our priority to protect the health and safety of our members and employees, who are here to serve you. Below are our new temporary hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:30 am to 1:30 pm & 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Friday 8:30 am to 1:30 pm & 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm
Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00pm
(Please note Monday-Friday we will be closed 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm for lunch)
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you. Contact the Spooner office at 800-645-9391, if these changes will cause a hardship for you.

IMPORTANT: Starting Monday March 30, 2020, Spooner’s lobby will be available by appointment only.
The appointments will be for loans, opening accounts, large or complex transactions or by request. The drive thru will be operating at normal hours. Call 715-635-8273 to make an appointment.
The lobby in Superior is open and continuing normal hours. We are only allowing one member in at a time due to the Badger Building being locked. Please use the street door to enter the Credit Union.
Grantsburg’s lobby is open and operating normal hours. Social distancing has been implemented.

Remember that criminals look for any opportunity they can to take advantage of people. Criminals are using the Coronavirus as a pretext to call or email you with some “emergency” that requires your personal and/or card information. Criminals are also going door to door, stating they can test for the Coronavirus. Financial institutions and government agencies will NEVER call you asking for this information. Never give you card numbers out or any personal information to someone you don’t know.
